About our charity
Based in the heart of Waltham Forest’s diverse and evolving community, the Active Change Foundation is a charity thats works at grassroots level. Through their dedicated team, barriers that prevent young people from achieving are challenged. There work includes tackling difficult issues in communities such as gun, knife and gang crime as well as violent extremism.
