Hi Everyone

Adam and I are running the Great North Run this weekend, hopefully raising lots of money Useful Vision. The charity was set up by Adams sister Becca, brother-in- law Nick and daughter Emily in memory of their son & brother Ben, to raise money for blind and partially sighted children and teenagers in the North East. Please have a look at their website to see the difference they have made. I am so very grateful to everyone who sponsored me last year and hope its not too much to ask you to donate again. Having just come back from holiday we're both feeling pretty unfit but fingers crossed we can make it round, we both promise to do or best!
