My lovely Nan has just been diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and therefore i'd like to raise as much money as I can for a charity that deals with all forms of Cancer.

The date for the challenge is the 1st August 2013

Myself and 3 friends (Christopher Meehan, Adam Brennan and Liam Lally) will be participating in the 'Longest day golf challenge' for 2013.  This is basically 72 holes of golf in one day.  It may sound easy at first but if you take into account how tired we are after one round of golf imagine us after 4. 

It is a cause which is supported by many professional golfers around the world which is seen in the video below:
