My personal message:

On 10th August, I will be taking part in the London Triathlon to raise money for Leukaemia Research.

This involves swimming 1.5K (in dirty Thames water!), cycling 40K and running 10K.

I hope that you'll be able support me in raising money for this very worthy cause by giving generously.
