More than 1,000 women die every month from breast cancer in the UK. Breakthrough Breast Cancer is committed to fighting this devastating disease through research and awareness, and has established the UK's first dedicated breast cancer research centre, in partnership with the Institute of Cancer Research.

Cancer causes so much heart ache throughout the world and by sponsoring me you can help Cancer Research and their efforts against cancer. Like many people I have felt the effects of Cancer with the loss of our mum "Pat" who will always be close to her family's heart and never forgotten. Not only this but I have also felt the effects having had testicular cancer...so now its time to start giving back to the organisations involved in this battle. This event will be the first of many for me with each new challenge bringing hope to those that need it....
