About our charity : The Friends Of The Noe Tibetan Children's Home The Friends Of The Noe Tibetan Children's Home
We support a home for destitute Tibetan children in northern India which was set up in 1979 by Mrs Pema Mega, a Tibetan refugee. There are around 30 children at any one time who live in a positive family atmosphere with Pema and her husband. The children generally stay until they get a job or go to college. There are no UK admin costs except bank and mscellaneous charges.
