My story

 
I know those visiting this page won't believe it but on the 6th September I'll be running in the Great Scottish Run 10k. Not only is it an excuse for a big man like me to get fit, but I'm running for a fantastic charity in Epilepsy Connections. http://www.epilepsyconnections.org.uk They provide information and support to people with epilepsy, their families, friends and those with whom they live and work. From personal experience, the great work they do in supporting families, offering theraputic sessions and regular activities for sufferers and their families is invaluable to all those affected by Epilepsy in the Glasgow area. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
