Hello , my name is Alan Liddle and i am running the london marathon on 26/04/09 to raise as much money as possible for HELP FOR HEROES. no matter what your views on the military, our involvment in  Afghanistan Iraq etc our boys and girls are doing a tough and fantastic job. unfortunately it is up to charites like HELP FOR HEROES to look after them when they are seriously injured. so please sponsor  me .    A little about myself  I served in the army from 1975 until 1982  when i left to join the Met police, i was medically retired in 1993 after a serious assault on duty left me with a serious head injury and P.T.S.D. after many problems i am married to the most beautiful, fantastic sexy lady in the world and am very happy. i would like to help those less fortunate than myself. thank you for your time and money. alan   STOP PRESS if i can raise£1000 GSL {G4S} will  match it. so anybody else please? alan
