The Kilworth Challenge is a exertive, gruelling, 2-day event set to test the mental and physical skills of the team and push them to their limits.

Each day sees the teams cover a 10-15 mile course stopping at about 15 different challenge stations, which vary in difficulty and type. The challenges are a mixture of mental, physical or cryptic tests.

Sponsoring me will help raise funds for the Over The Wall charity, which is set about bringing the love and joy of the outdoors and sports to disabled or less fortunate children in the UK. It's a fantastic charity and well worth support in this crazy world.
