Months ago I signed up for Etape Caledonia 81 mile cycle. 

This Sunday I have to do it. 

To say I am dreading it is an understatement!  5 reasons why....                 I have never cycled 81 miles before...best is 74 miles in 7 hours!        There is a sweeper van if you are too slow!                                                   I'm on a borrowed road bike which I'm not used to!                                        I need to get up at 5.30am to make the start!!!!

Please at least make my pain worthwhile and support this incredible charity...........Funding Neuro.
