The Geoff Thomas Foundation is committed to fund the essential research nurses and scientists at five major leukaemia units across the UK. This will not only extend treatment options to patients for whom no effective treatment exists but also create a team of committed doctors and scientists who can work together to crack this disease.

Well, the 3 'old gits' made it !!  344 kilometres (sounds more than 215 miles !) from Southport to Hornsea !

The weather and the long days in the saddle made this an Epic Event ! Rich no longer wants to listen to anything Mark says anymore, as Rich thought we were in for a nice jaunt across the country. In reality, it was a daily average of over 70 miles (87 on the 1st day !), and up to 11 hours in the saddle (ouch!), together with a nice downpour to round off two of the three days.

Once Mark has finished 'photoshopping' the pictures (what colour dress for Rich this time Mark ?), we'll send a link for everyone to view them, plus we'll put a few words together about our experience !
