About The Alex Roberts-Miller Foundation

The Alex Roberts-Miller Foundation is a registered charity whose main goal is to help provide educational, sporting and social opportunities for disadvantaged young people.  The Foundation also supports causes related to road safety.

The Foundation is a grant-making charity run by unpaid volunteers. This allows us to operate on very low overheads. What is more, our very low overheads are more than covered by income from our permanent endowment - so 100% of the donations we receive go to charitable causes.

On top of that the Foundation qualifies for Gift Aid - which means that every £100 we receive from UK taxpayers can be boosted by £28 from the Inland Revenue. Tick the Gift Aid box and more than 100% of your donation will go to charitable causes.

The Foundation does not make grants to individuals. Instead the Foundation provides funds to carefully selected registered charities which serve causes it supports. The Foundation aims to target its grants where they will have a direct and significant impact on the lives of the people it is trying to help.
