Well, I did it (though Jazzy didn't - no pets allowed - which probably explains why she looks so sprightly!) I was delighted to finish the 10K course in Ihr 3 mins - and endured not a single ache (well, maybe the knees somewhat!) the following day..

If you haven't already supported my appeal on behalf of The Sheriffs' and Recorder's Fund, you are very welcome to do so now. During its Bicentenary this year, the Fund is hoping to double its endowment and establish a mentoring scheme for ex-offenders. The Fund will continue to help ex-prisoners and their families with small financial grants which have a proven impact on the likelihood of reoffending.
