The money raised on this site will benefit the young people and projects that ICYE supports. The local NGO that I will be working with, is Uganda Volunteers for Peace, which works towards facilitating communities threatened or affected by conflict. The main activities I will be involved with include community empowerment, advocacy and community HIV / Aids awareness.
