My story
Dear friends and family
I am on the run again! This time for Merton Mind a wonderful charity that is committed to supporting people with mental health problems in the London Borough of Merton to enable them and their carers to live and participate actively in the community. The particular emphasis in 2009 is helping people with alzheimers a most cruel and devastating condition.
I will be taking part in the London 10 Km on Sunday 12 July 2009:-
