I've signed up for Pedal for Scotland, a 56 mile cycle ride from Glasgow to Edinburgh on 13th September.  I'm riding in support of Alzheimer Scotland, Scotland's leading dementia charity. The charity provides services and campaign actively to help people with dementia and their families and carers. Your donation, whatever the amount, will help me show my support for my mate Steve and his dad who has Alzheimers.
