Wakefield Hospice is my chosen charity because of the incredible work they do and because my late Mum was cared for by them. During this extremely difficult time the hospice provided outstanding care and support for Mum during her last weeks of fighting lung cancer.
They do really amazing work in giving holistic, medical & personal care for patients throughout the period of illness and into bereavement. They are truly amazing.
Your donation (however small), can help towards:
£5 = patient meal
£10 = bath towel
£15 = bedding
£30 = Complementary therapy session
£65 = Day Therapy session (per person)
£377 = per in-patient bed, per day
£1,422 = daily to operate our Day Therapy Unit
No matter what you can afford, every penny counts and is used to benefit the patients and their relatives at a very difficult time.
