Story
Late April 2013 I found a large lump in my breast. I went to my doctor who refered me straight away. Cutting a long story short it was grade 3 breast cancer that had spread to two lymphs and it was aggressive. Unfortunately I am also type 2 diabetic which means I get absis which I had. Because of my open wounds I couldn't have chemo and had surgery first. At no point did I let it get to me I had a nine year old daughter to live for and be positive for. We had fun dying my hair before I lost it taking silly photos. I did get my chemo and finished my radiotherapy beginning of March but I was struggling to breath so I had an x ray scan and lung test and then the 7th May 2014 I was told the cancer had spread to my lungs and liver and I was going to die. I am not scared of dying I knowGod has his plan for me. And I believe this will inspire my daughters future. I just wish I could have seen her grow up but that was not the plan. What am I fund raising for well when we are put on to chemo they like to put a special line in your chest so the nasty stuff doesnt go through your hand cause it hurts. But the procedure takes so long there is a waiting list. When I had mine in they had a machine on trial that speeds up the process hopefully getting more people hooked up. Its my dying wish to get this machine to help others get through this and live on. Show my daughter how we can pull together and make this happen and please donate no matter how little or big the donation its appreciated
