Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. My sister Linda and I are hoping to raise money for Cancer Care Cymru by traversing 250km of frozen Arctic wasteland by husky sled in April 2008. No toilets, running water or showers, temperatures below minus 20c, camping in the snow and dogs for company........are we mad?!!! This will certainly be a challenge for 2 sisters who are partial to 5 star hotels, tropical temperatures, long soaks in a hot bath and a general aversion to the cold!!! Even worse, we haven't shared a tent since we were under 10 years old 
However, it will be for a worthwhile cause. Members of our family have suffered from cancer and we both have friends who have been affected. Cancer Care Cymru relies on charitable donations to provide support to people in Wales who have been diagnosed with cancer and to extend such support to an increasing number of hospitals within the region.
