Amber transforms lives by offering homeless unemployed young people a fresh start; a chance to escape from their troubles and build self-confidence in a supportive atmosphere while also gaining practical skills, qualifications and learning more generally about the world of work. Then, when they are ready to leave Amber, they are equipped to lead independent lives.
