The Amblahs are Jen, Helana, Carol and Claire, and on the 20th July 2019 we walked 26 miles along the Thames Path.  We took part in The Mighty Hike to raise funds for  Macmillan Cancer Support. Each of us has been touched by cancer in some way and we know what a vital role Macmillan Cancer Support plays in helping everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support.
