In November I will be crossing 100km of the Sahara following the camel trains in support of The British Heart Foundation (its called the mid life crisis trek!)   Ive promised to raise £2500 and this is where you come in!!! ....£24 will provide a heart patient with an hours essential BHF nursing care, £7 will help two patients learn more about how their disease can be treated and without BHF research I would not have had my Dad for the 15 years he battled heart disease. If you want to see the back of me for ten days in November and you want a bit of peace without me rattling on about fundraising then donate now and shut me up.

We have launched the naked calendar now and I will be keeping you updated as to the funds this raises over the next few weeks.....but its looking good!!!!
