Ryedale special families are raising money to help disabled kids and their families, they are a great charity and are organising a cycle wander of 146 miles though the  Yorkshire wolds over a couple of days. To add to my personal challenge I will be cycling a further 144km the day previous to get to the start. Please dig deep :)
