My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. As you probably know, I do quite a lot of races and have done lots of silly challenges over the years, but this is the first time I've asked for sponsorship. So, for all the people that have asked to sponsor me in the past, now's your chance!

Please donate all your money.

Update - I've done it!

So, the race is over. It was MUCH harder than I was expecting, but I completed the run in 4:28 hours. I started too fast and didn't slow down quickly enough, so the last few miles were very slow and painful. I'm pleased to have done it, but even more pleased that I won't have to do it again!

Please donate all your money.

As you know, my brother David has autism and has received a lot of help from the Autistic Society.

Please donate all your money.

For semi-regular updates on how the training and preparations are going, please visit runningblog.andrewcarmichael.com

Please donate all your money.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Autistic Society gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Please donate all your money.
