Hello everybody, thanks very, very much for all your kind donations and generosity.

I ran the Marathon de Liberte on Sunday 8th June and managed to complete the 26.2 mile distance in a time of 3 hours, 59 minutes and 30 seconds ! Very happy to break the 4 hour mark and even more delighted that collectively we've managed to raise over £1,000 for a fantastic charity.
