I bet you never thought this would happen!
I'm going to attempt to run the Great North Run in September 09, and also raise some money for a really worthwhile cause. I measured 13.1miles in the car yesterday and rather than it inspiring me to continue training, I ended up just really scaring myself, so may need all your moral support.
I'm running for the Africa Educational Trust, who work in war torn areas of the continent to provide children and young people with access to education and training.
