PLEASE sponsor me as I ride the Etape du Tour on July 20th in aid of the charity 'Help for Heroes'.

The Etape is a stage of the Tour de France which the professionals will be following on Saturday 25th. The stage is over 100 miles long, and includes 5 medium climbs, culminating in the climb of the 2000metre 'Giant of Provence', the Mont Ventoux.

Ventoux is one of the greatest and most infamous mountains used by the Tour de France. In the UK it is remembered primarily for the death of Tom Simpson, possibly the greatest British road rider of the 20th Century.

I am raising money for 'Help for Heroes' so that injured combat forces, particularly those injured in Afganistan and Iraq, can recieve the best possible support for their recuperation.
