Our personal message:

Hello everyone – I hope all is well.  Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am doing a triathlon on Sunday 7th September. 300m Swim / 22km Bike Ride / 5Km Run.

I am aiming to finish in a reasonable time.  Training is going well but it is hard to find the time.  I am improving slowly but with 4 weeks to go I don’t think I will be competing in 2012 Olympics. 

Now I need you all to dig deep and give what you can……..

Please pass it on to everyone who knows me. And if I get anywhere near my optimistic target – I might add some photos of the event afterwards for those interested in seeing a real athlete in action!
