This is where i need your Help! Still recovering from my bad foot from last year Bupa Great North Run. Traning to start soon, just for the </strong></font></span></span><strong>Great North Run. ( please read below )</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><font size="3"><strong>Well i am due to go in to Hospital on the 19th of April to have work done on my Hip ( a labral tear) then if i have a good recoverey with in 8 to 10 weeks.</strong></font></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><font size="3"><strong></strong></font> </span>I am so sorry that i have had to pull out of 2010 Great North Run. because of my foot, and will be running in 2011 and to run it for Cancer Connections.</p>
<p>And on April the 8th this year i will be going to Madrid with my wife Lynne and i will be doing a Tandem Skydive for Cancer Connections.</p>
<p>and then i will be running with Blue hair and dots on my shirt so people can put a happy face on it with there initials under it, also wearing a Tu-Tu, and i am calling it :- Smile A Mile :-)</p>
<p>So look out for me in 2011</p>
