The charity Hue Help look after a number of orphanages in Hue, but the one we particularly help them with is the Home of Affection. In 2006, this is one of the orphanages we worked in during our time in Hue and were particularly fond of the children there. Even in the few short years since we left Vietnam, the orphanage conditions have improved dramatically since our time there - better food, better teachers, better equipment, better clothes for the children and this year, a better building.
Please accept our huge thank you on behalf of the kids of Hue. Your donation will be used to fund some bicycles, which will mean a lot to the older children as it will give them mobility around the town of Hue and enable them to go to secondary school and continue their education, and hopefully enable them to get good jobs and become self-sufficient in the coming years.
