Hundreds of young people die unexpectedly of heart defects every year. CRY works to raise awareness of Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and campaigns for proactive screening of young people. It offers help and support to those who have suffered a loss, provides medical information, carries out Mobile Cardiac Screening and ECG Testing Programmes within local communities and contributes to medical research. My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am pleased to say that, having beaten my sponsorship target of £1500, I beat the 2007 Flora London (and the heat) to finish in 6 hours and 3 minutes. Hardly world-record pace, but much better than that Gabrselassie chap.

This page will remain open until June 22nd, so please do dig deep and help out this most worthwhile of causes. Let's see if we can get to £3k, double the original target - any support is hugely appreciated by myself and CRY and all goes towards the memory of Huw Lewis
