My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I can't quite believe I'm doing this 10K run but it all feels quite exciting at the moment. I expect by the time I've run a few kilometers and have several still to go it won't seem quite such fun. All for a good cause though and I'm delighted to be able to do something for AYME. If you want to know more about this excellent charity, have a look at their website www.AYME.org

Donating through this fundraising site is simple, fast and secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Association of Young People with ME will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please do sponsor me now! It will be very much appreciated.

Very many thanks for your support.

Ann
