A group of us at the Argus have decided, against our better judgement, to take on the challenge of the Cardiff half marathon. If that's not enough to persuade you to dig deep, we've also taken on the even bigger challenge of not drinking for a whole month before the race in preparation!
We are running to raise as much money as possible for the Sparkle Appeal, a charity which is building a centre to help 1,200 children with a range of disabilities across Newport, Torfaen and Monmouthshire.
To equip this centre, the charity needs to raise £1.5 million, so every penny really does count.
