Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Kitesurfing to the Isle of Wight
Why: Having mostly recovered from my ankle injury last year I have decided it is time for another challenge. I have come up with the bright idea of kitesurfing to the Isle of White from the mainland and hope to raise money for Crohns. As you may or may not be aware my kitesurf ability is at a beginner level (I managed to go upwind confidently for the first time last week!) so I will need a bit of practice and I am confident that I can learn what I need to.
Who: I will be joined on this adventure by Jason "nogeek" Green and together we hope to raise money for Crohn's and Colitis in Childhood (3C's).
When: we will be working out the route we will take across the water and are planning to do this in October
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Crohn’s and Colitis in Childhood gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor us now!
Thank you so much
Alex and Jason
