On Sunday 11th July we  joined a team of neonatal nurses and midwives to run for a cause that is close to our hearts:

Birthlink provides support and education to doctors,nurses and midwives in disadvantaged countries,where maternal and new-born care is severely compromised by lack of education and basic resources.

Every £1 raised will be used for projects to save the lives of mothers and newborn babies, through education and support to colleagues in countries in Africa and Asia.

We had a great run, crossing the line together in one hour. We'll definately be back next year!
