About the charity
Bassetlaw Hospice has for the last 11years provided specialist palliative care and support for patients with a life limiting illness. It provides Day Care services for up to ten patients a day, and a specialist six-bed roomed in patient unit for respite, symptom management and final phase care.
It makes no charge for the service and aims to offer support to both patients and their families, adding hopefully life to days, when days cannot always be added to a life.
