Story
Did you know that bat's exist in Britain? It is true. Not only that but there are seventeen species of bats! These range from the small Whiskered bat up to the noctule, which is almost twice the size and weighs up to 40g! Bat's help keep the air clear of small insects and moths by eating them for dinner. They are also quite very well skilled at flying around in the air with great speed and agility. In fact Bats are one of the most athletic flying mammals known to science!
But bat's are at risk in Britain. Wether it's a big digger knocking down a house filled with bats or young boys hunting bats in the tree tops, bat crime is at an all time high! By donating to this charity you will not only be helping the british bat, but ensuring that each of the seventeen species of bat survives for decades to come, allowing all of us to look into the night sky and see it filled to the brim with bats, each one of them looking down and smiling before ascending into a moonlit cloud, hunting for special moths.
With your help we could train consultants that can help prevent bat crime. We can build special roosts all over the United Kingdom so that bats have a home to go to at the end of a night. We could help educate children in classrooms that bats shouldn't be feared, but instead embraced. We could take Bat Law to the government and make sure that our leathery winged friends enjoy the same rights as Foxes and mabye even Badgers. So come on, empty your pockets and donate!
Come on! We can save the bats! Together.
