Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by to check out my fundraising page. I am taking part in a 5 Mile Midnight Beach Walk for Weston Hospicecare on 13th September 2008 and would really appreciate it if you would sponsor me please!


I am walking as a part of the 'Richie Thorne' group along with other members of my family and close friends. Richie Thorne is my much much loved Father who sadly passed away from Cancer a little over a year ago. Weston Hospicecare is a charity very close to my heart as they were great to my dad when he really needed them and I hope to be able to help raise as much as possible to help out this amazing and very worthwhile charity.

As you can see from the pictures below, my dad was a fun loving person whose life revolved around his family, especially his granddaughter (My daughter Kayci)  he had a crazy sense of humour and was always up for a laugh.

No-one deserves to endure the kind of pain my father went through towards the last few months of his life, especially not someone as kind hearted and gentle as him.
