As many of you know, we spend a week or more each summer working as volunteers for Kick Asthma holidays. These holidays are amazing fun, and a really valuable experience for children who suffer from asthma, eczema and related conditions. Swimming is always a popular activity on these holidays and to enable safe and fun swimming we have decided to try and complete our lifeguard training! The course will take 6 days of first aid and swimming, culminating in a day of assessment for each of us.
