My story

Beggars Group are aiming to raise £50,000 for The Honeypot Charity this year, and the bulk of our efforts are centered on this years Great River Race; a 21 mile rowing race that took place on Saturday 25th September on the River Thames. We had a great day at the River Race and our two teams made it back safe and sound for the party and BBQ.
The hard work is not over as we'll be continuing our fund raising efforts until the end of the year in the hope of reaching our target. Whatever we raise, we promise to match, so we're actually half way there and will be continuing to raise money til the end of the year .. so spread the word!

Honeypot’s vision is for every child to make the most of their one chance at childhood. Since 1996 we have been working to enhance the lives of vulnerable children and young carers aged 5-12 years by providing residential respite breaks and on-going outreach support.
