I'm Ben McBean and four years ago I lost an arm and a leg to an IED whilst serving as Marine Commando in Afghanistan. I thought my life has ended but it didn't and I survived. Previous fund raising challenges include two London Marathons,  a trek to Everest Base Camp and I am being supported on the challenge by many great people including my agent's husband Fred Harris, friend Ian Bingley and the UK's top Criminologist Mark Williams-Thomas.  I feel very strongly about the incredible work of the Child Bereavement Charity and am pround to be helping them raise much needed funds.
