It's over!

Four of us set out and two completed this arduous task. It rained consistently and we climbed, crawled and screamed our way to the Yorkshire coast.

220 miles over 5 days, all off road, off piste, completely mad in fact. Thankyou all so so much for this very respectable sum raised. It is still not too late to donate....

I am planning to ride my mountain bike over some of the most testing terrain in the country, from the Cumbrian coast to the Yorkshire coast. This will take in many Lake District passes, the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors. Averaging 50 miles a day riding mainly off road and up extremely steep gradients. This is no ordinary road race adventure - It is difficult and serious.

I'm asking you all to be generous as there are many very poorly children with families who will really benefit from your kindness.
