Thank you for visiting my Safaricom Marathon fundraising page. Please dig deep and help me achieve my target by sponsoring me online
This unique marathon is run on dirt roads, over a 26 mile course around the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Kenya. The protected 55,000 acre wildlife sanctuary is home to over 70 rhino, herds of elephant and a vast assortment of game including oryx, eland, zebra, giraffe and buffalo as well as quite a few lion. Help!!!!!!!!!
I should be alright though, as the race is watched over by an experienced team of armed rangers, a helicopter and spotter plane in case there are any predators out their looking for breakfast.
