The Gorilla Organization works to protect the endangered mountain gorilla in its native habitat. It also works to ensure that local people benefit from their unique natural heritage. The Organization, founded by the late Dian Fossey who lived with the gorillas, is involved in education, conservation and public awareness.

My story

There are only approximately 500 mountain gorillas left in the wild. Their habitat is shrinking and they are poached by humans. Please help me raise some cash to protect the greatest of the apes. (It cost me £100 of my own cash to enter this run so please dig deep!!)

P.P.S. Anyone running around London in one of the gorilla runs, book a London hotel - you will need some rest after losing half your body weight sweating inside a gorilla suit!!!
