We have now reached our target of raising £6000 for Great Ormond Street.
We cannot thank you all enough for your support - without your kind words, encouragement and sponsorship we would never have been able to do it.
The money you have all donated is already working and making a difference to the hospital and will already be changing someone's life.

We have now completed our trek to the roof of Africa and i can safely say it was the hardest thing we have ever done.
Sadly i didn't make it to the summit, I made it to the summit night itself but had problems with the altitude and with my breathing so was sent back down but the Dr.
However Rob Bennett did make it the full 5895 meters to the summit just in time to watch the sunrise over Africa. He has a snazzy certificate to prove it as well!
The trek was really hard but it was worth it to raise the money that we have so far - we still have a way to go though and we still need your support.
Please continue donating and we will continue fundraising!
Unfortunately as I did not make it to the summit, 3 people have asked for their sponsorship back. I would like to stress that this money is for Great Ormond Street Hospital and the money pleged through this page goes directly to them, on which they claim gift aid as well. If you would like your donation to be refunded then please contact me directly, and we will return the money from our own pockets as we do not want any money being taken from the hospital.
All of this effort is to help Great Ormond Street Childrens Charity in their pledge to build a new Cardiac Theatre -the total cost of this will be over £1.5 million so every penny and pound really does help to this massive target.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSHCC) will receive your money faster and that means we get closer to our target!
