My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. This year I am planning to run for a local childrens hospice.  The Donna Louise Trust Children's Hospice Service provides respite and end of life care for children in Staffordshire and South Cheshire who, as a result of illness or accident, are not expected to live beyond their teenage years.

A friend of mine works as a nurse at the hospice and asked if I fancied raising money for them this year.  So what I am planning to do is run 3 10k's in under 2hrs 30 min.  The 10k's that I am running are the Fradley 10k (9th March), Dublin 10k (6th April) and Trentham 10k (11th April).  I know its not a half marathon but I am running the Great North run in October so 3 10k's will be enough for the time being.

UPDATE

I completed the 3 runs in 149.50 which was 10 sec inside the target time of 150 mins.  Which was a bit closer that I thought it would be.  In the picture I am wearing my Super sperm T-Shirt which the guys at morrisons got me to celebrate the impending birth of twins in October !!!  Thanks very much to everyone who has sponsored me.  Your generosity never ceases to amaze me.
