Im running the Asics Reading Half Marathon on 29/03/2009 and thought it would be a great way to raise some money for The Nightingale Macmillan Unit in Derby.
I run 4 to 5 times a week and am currently running a full marathon training programme to support a friend and increase my fitness level. I completed my first 1/2 Marathon at Windsor in Sept 2008 so this will be my second 1/2. Im looking to step up and run the London Marathon in future.
It would be great if you could spare a few £ for the excellent support given by all the nurses at the Derby Nightingale Macmillan Unit.
