Hi All,
As most of you will know, I have been training
through a pretty rough winter for the Silverstone Half Marathon which
is on the 14th of March. I bet a lot of you were wondering how long it
would take for the begging to start, well now is your chance to put
some cash down!!
My aim is to complete the run in under 2
hours. I know as truly supportive friends and family you will all be
100% confident that I will be able to do it, which is why I'm calling on
you to bet me a fiver that I cant! (terms and conditions apply)
Willen Hospice is a charity which provides specialist care for those with life limiting illness and support for their families. Services are free, and rely on charitable support from the community. Last year Willen Hospice ended the financial year with a £420,000 shortfall in its budget, so support is needed now more than ever.
Willen Hospice provides care to OUR friends, family, neighbours and loved ones when they are at their most vulnerable. This local charity needs your support so if you don't give a monkeys about me jogging round a race track for a couple of hours - don't let it put you off donating money!
A fiver is a fair amount and will soon rack up a decent amount for me to give to Willen Hospice. When was the last time you gave to charity? Its only a couple of pints or a pack of fags out of your pockets ;)
