The Back-Up Trust is a national charity that supports people; young or old with spinal cord injury. Back-Up encourages self-confidence, independence and motivation following a traumatic life changing incident resulting in spinal cord injury. We also support friends, families and colleagues to encourage integration and promote disability awareness and collaboration.

My story

Team GP: Between a rock and a hard place completed the Snowdon Push, but there's still time to donate - find out what we were doing and why below....

The challenge is for our team to conquer the 3650 ft high Mount Snowdon in North Wales. As part of the Push, one of our team must be a wheelchair user.

This means walking, climbing, pushing, pulling and wheeling to the summit and back down again, covering about 8 miles of mixed terrain and raising money for The Back-Up Trust into the bargain!
