Story
Hey hey.
So we decided to take the cycling thing to the next level. Rather than doing something boring like John O'Groats to Lands End we have decided to climb Ben Nevis in Scotland, cycle down to the peak district and climb Scafel Pike then off to Snowdonia in Wales and clim mt. Snowden before heading back to Eastington for one or two celebratory beverages.
Current Itinary:
sunday 26th - travel and hostel
Monday 27th - Ben Nevis - taking about 8 hours or so round journey to climb mountain and staying in a hostel that evening
Tuesday 28th - cycle to Crianlarich, camping 51.8miles
wednesday 29th - cycle to and camp near newton means 62.6 miles
thursday 30th - cycle to and camp near Thornhill 53.8 miles
Friday 31st - cycle to scafell pike and hostel 64 miles
Saturday 1st - climb scafell pike and staying in a hostel
Sunday 2nd - cycle to and camp near Kirkby lonsdale 55.8 miles
Monday 3rd - cycle to and camp near Bretherton 45.9 miles
Tuesday 4th - cycle to and camp near Ruthin 59.3 miles
Wednesday 5th - cycle to snowdonia and hostel 37.7 miles
thursday 6th - climb snowdonia and hostel
Friday 7th - cycle to and camp near newton 52.1miles
Saturday 8th - cycle to and camp near Pembridge 46.3 miles
Sunday 9th - cycle home to eastington and get pissed 55.4 miles
No accomodation sorted yet so in true biking for bestie style we're gonna wing it!
Current target lies at 2 grand but we are hoping to push it above and beyond so if we manage to break it we promise to do a happy litte (topless) dance on top of each mountain!
So dig deep and push us off!
